    Description

    A genuine 0 CSA NOTE, dated July 21st 1862. Printed by J.T. Paterson & Co. in Columbia, S.C. Plate letters Aa.
    Serial # 21666 hand written in red ink. Graded to be in FINE+/VERY FINE condition.
    Dark and clear details. Crisp paper. Nearly fully framed; trimmed just a bit tight at the sides.
    Light folds and creases scattered evenly across the paper. A few pinholes. Fairly clean on both sides with only minor staining from handling. No tears, bit ink erosion, or major condition issues.
    The backside features a very nice hand issue endorsement from Confederate Civil Agent Thaddeus Sanford, on September 1st 1862.
