1863 00 Confederate Cotton Bond Jeff Davis/ View Of Richmond.
This document has some burn or scorch marks. I was told that they look like someone use a cigar to blot out Jeff Davis's face and the spot that says America. A few other spots that looks like someone got careless and ashes fell.
On the back is number 221. Not sure what that means per the auction.n
