    I have owned this for last 50 years.  It is part of a small private collection that I am liquidating.  I am not a professional.
    This bill is very crisp with no folds, creases, marks or tears. The corners are perfect.  It has a slight yellowing of the paper in my opinion but not sure.  It does not look like it was ever circulated.  See the pictures and grade it for yourself.
