This note is from the private collection of Mr. Arkansas. A private collection's note is always more desirable because these experienced collectors usually pick the most eye appealing notes to add to thier collection.
It has a desirable four digit low serial number 3676.
The state repudiated this entire issue due to serious corruption involved in placing the order. As a result, no notes were ever issued to circulation and all are, therefore, technically remainders. This nonetheless attractive black and green issue has a distinct Revolutionary War theme to it, with portraits of Generals Sumter and Moultrie flanking General Marion's Sweet Potato dinner
