    very nice restored 100% original South Carolina license plate pair. 1939 issue; number D-17-982. 14 x 6 inches; black legend on white background. the plates lie almost completely straight and flat and have been restored to the correct colors and finish.  not quite show and display perfect, but well better than your average daily driver pair.
