    Description

    Up for auction is this 1979 base South Carolina State Government Permanent license plate. This was the type used on SCHP cruisers. No specific number blocks were reserved for the highway patrol on this type. Please see pictures for condition. Any questions please ask.
    Some plates might not lay quite flat and some might need a cleaning. I will do my best to clean / straighten the plates before I ship them.
