1991 P dime with errors

1991 P dime with errors. Shipped with USPS First Class. On the reverse side one of the leafs seems to be longer then normal due to difective planchet or strike the top of tower has some sort of opening.. seems to have some ddo,ddr  has few errors... keep in mind im not a expert have about 10 months looking at coins so hopefully the pictures  explain better then me...but thanks for showing some interest in coin
