    ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION ARE OVER THREE YEARS OLD.
    This auction is for a 2000 South Carolina 'Smiling Faces. Beautiful Places.' Base License Plate. See the picture and click it to enlarge it to see the condition of this plate as everyone's opinion on condition varies. In my opinion it is near mint condition. It is straight and clean with just very light marks on the upper bolt holes. It is clean and glossy. It is also a 'Natural' meaning there is only one year sticker applied to the plate making it an original year of issue plate. It is over three years old as per ebay's rules and it expired in 2000.
    Shipping is .75 First Class Mail Parcel shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then shipped in cardboard, or .25 Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
    The plate will again be wrapped in a liner and shipped with protective cardboard. Priority Mail shipping will include insurance. I always combine shipping whenever possible.
