Condition: Obviously this note has been around for over 158 years ! It shows signs of age, faded lettering, a tear on upper left corner (front facing) of note. Dark spots on the back, rough edges etc. Please study all photos. I tried to photograph all the imperfections / damage.

Up for sale, a 158 year old Confederate Note from Richmond Virginia VA.
Dated February 17th 1864
Serial number: 76773 (Very rare in regards to three matching, lucky 7 numbers).
Damage shown in photographs. The most obvious is the upper left top corner torn off (and I bought it with that corner taped back with clear sticky tape on the back - I left it the way I bought it).
This note is printed on "Old Paper" (tinge of tan color). It measures approximately 184 mm x 83 mm (7.24 inches x 3.26 inches).
Comes in a flexible, but hard plastic sleeve that is open on the top.
