    Description

    Antique Primitive Asian Chinese / Japanese Red Lacquer Wood Rice Grain Basket with handle. Outlined / Hand Painted with Bird, Chrysanthemum flowers, Firecrackers (?) and other (2) symbols that look like long mushrooms. Measures 16" x15.25" x 13" wood intact all original rustic old condition but very pretty (a couple small fleabite nicks in lacquer can be touched up).  Has little handwritten sticker that says "Japanese" basket but appears to be more from China. No external damage shows nicely.
