Also displayed on the banknotes obverse are the Coat of Arms of the Cayman Islands and an open treasure chest. The reverse of the banknote shows a coral, a compass rose, and the map of the Cayman Islands. The 156 x 66 mm paper banknote bears a registration device in the form of a conch shell. It also has a solid security thread and a watermark that reflects a turtle. Furthermore, the banknote is printed by Thomas De La Rue and Company, Limited.
