Billy is photo-printed and topped off with a Hairy-Head, molded from a real freeze-dried turkey head, for unmatched realism. He's inflatable for unmatched mobility. He has die-cut back feathers that ruffle in the breeze and a stake system that allows him to spin realistically in the slightest breeze.
