INFORMATION
The Futura was developed for longer day hikes and multi-day hikes, where the goal is high comfort and easy handling. The new Aircomfort back system mesh ensures maximum ventilation. This means up to 25% less sweating and therefore more performance. ActiveFit movable shoulder straps and ergonomic flaps on the hips (with forward adjustment) also ensure pleasant comfort. In addition, the separate bottom compartment creates additional organization possibilities in the backpack.
The main material of the Futura series is made of bluesign® certified material.

AIRCOMFORT
This new mesh back system combines maximum ventilation, ergonomic comfort and lightness. The innovative structure of the lumbar fin panel and the smooth passage to the dorsal mesh adhere tightly, ensuring a comfortable fit. The flexible frame structure made of permanently elastic and break-proof spring steel gives the Aircomfort back network stable tension. A well-ventilated space is created between the backpack and the back through which moisture is dispersed. With Deuter's patented three-sided ventilation system, sweating is reduced by 25% *. The high level of flexibility of the structure guarantees full freedom of movement.
50% RECYCLED
50% of the yarn is made with recycled raw materials. This saves 12% of greenhouse gases.
WITHOUT PFC
This deuter product is free of per- and polyfluorinated chemicals. deuter thus reduces the use of environmentally harmful substances that pollute the environment and health.
PFC is used, among other things, as a coating for protection from rain, as they have water-repellent, dirt-repellent and anti-grease properties.
Instead, deuter now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation which is harmless to health and the environment.

600 D PES
Woven with a 600 denier polyester yarn and a thick PU coating, this tear-resistant, lightweight material is extremely versatile. When it comes to reducing the weight of the backpack as much as possible with moderate stress, this is the ideal solution. The “deuter Super Polytex BS” version is manufactured in accordance with the strict bluesign® standard. The characteristics and stressors are identical.
