The Circle Cut Ruler is perfect for cutting circles from 2 inch to 14 inch in diameter. You can also create quilting templates by using this ruler to measure and cut large fabric. It is also perfect for making applique circles, floral medallions and other patterns from fabric, paper and cardstock. Easy to use with a Rotary Cutter as there are small tear drops enabling the cutter to fit. Made of 2mm transparent plastic.
