This is a beautiful hand made ANTIQUE SIGNED JAPAN OLD IKEBANA BASKET, or FLOWER  ARRANGER FROM A THREE GENERATION ESTATE that I am currently liquidating. It's in mint condition, museum quality - held atop a curio cabinet (no sun) for many, many years. The coloration is classic and workmanship is exquisite. The weave is gorgeous - and varied in style. A very skilled artisan created this basket!  Impeccable attention to detail. Here are the approximate measurements: 8 3/8" long bottom width dimension, 9 1/8" tall. A substantial piece!! A beautiful piece of art - authentic Ikebana baskets are rare and hard to find. Perfect for your home, office, collection or extravagant gift to someone very, very special!
