Give your lifted vehicle a REAL Heavy Duty Sway Bar End Link and stop breaking those wimpy ones that came with your lift kit. These SSM Adjustable HD RACE sway bar end links are the perfect replacement for your worn out or broken links. These NEWLY RELEASED SSM second generation end links are adjustable and fit most 3"-7" lift kits. This adjustability allows one part number to fit many applications as well as the ability to fine tune the sway bar height.

- SSM's NEW ADJUSTABLE RACE Style Sway Bar End Link Kit for lifted vehicles. These sway bar end links will fit vehicles with after market spindle style suspension lift kits that drop only the lower control arms 3"-7". Sway bar must be run in factory orientation and position, NOT flipped, or dropped down with spacers. End links are adjustable from a range of 8" to 13" (See Picture). To achieve lengths shorter than 11.75", trimming of the threaded shaft will be required!

Features:
The SS Motorpsorts RACE STYLE end links feature a full pivot lower mounting system. This reduces stress and binding found in straight design and limited travel flex joint end links (aka RCD). This binding can lead to premature bushing failure and or complete breakage. SSM's pivoting lower clevis mount allows the lower end of the link to pivot with the lower control arm; while letting the upper section stays in line with the sway bar. This reduces binding and stress which allows for better articulation throughout the suspension cycle. This equates to better overall control, smoother suspension performance, reduced part fatigue and no more breakage.
Construction:
The end link top sections are made up of two parts. Threaded hex bars and the adjustable threaded rods with loop. Hex shafts are manufactured from 3/4" steel hex bar and then CNC machined on both ends. The hex bar sections are coated in black semi gloss powder coating to keep them protected and looking good. The lower sections are custom made from 9/16" steel threaded rods that are hand tig welded to custom 1018 steel shock loops. These get a killer protective yellow zinc plating as well.
The complete upper section is then attached to the 3/16" thick zinc plated steel lower "U" brackets using Energy Suspension
HYPER-FLEX ™ Performance Polyurethane
shock bushings. This lower joint uses a
Polyurethane
shock bushing, 3/4" O.D. x .120 wall 4130 Chrome-Moly steel sleeve and 1/2" Grade 8 bolts to keep it joined together. For the sway bar end we have sourced larger, correct dimension, Energy Suspension
HYPER-FLEX ™ Performance Polyurethane
sway bar end link bushings. These larger bushings are the correct size for the HD sway bar and are not a universal one size fits all bushing. The larger Energy Suspension sway bar bushings are made from a firm polyurethane and provide more overall mass and surface area than the smaller universal style sway bar bushings. Lastly, everything is held together with zinc plated Grade 8 bolts, lock nuts and washers.

This link kit is for spindle style suspension lift kits which drop only the lower control arm 3"-7". Must run sway bar like it came from the factory, NOT Flipped, or dropped down with spacers.
