Measurements are from seam to seam. This listing includes the carrying strap and the strap's original packaging, which has been pictured. The bag has 4 small holes on the bottom, possibly where a plate for wheels used to be. The zippers function fully as intended, and both should be considered in Good (+) Used Condition. There are some marks associated with previous use. The color remains very good as well, but light from the pictures has made the item appear a bit overexposed.
