Merced County California Sheriff Police Patch -  R (for Reserve) removed by department
The deputy I traded this for (35 years ago) advised the SO ran out of regular patches and staff removed the R at the bottom
I joined eBay back in 1998 as a way to expand my patch collecting hobby. My focus then and now was HOBBY. As collectors have come and gone, I've been able to acquire duplicates to trade for patches I didn't have.
