    This rare 1920s "Oceanic Cut Plug" litho hinged tobacco tin, measuring 3 1/8" x 3 7/8" x 6",  is in very good condition with one small crease on the lid, one small area of superficial rust on an interior corner and some minor age related paint chips and scratches.  The hinge is in excellent working order.  This very striking yellow tin with red lettering features detailed images of a Great Lakes steamship "Oceanic" underway. She is flanked by large white fish.  The tobacco was manufactured by the Scotten Dillon Tobacco Company, Detroit, MI in Factory 1. 1st District, MI.
