Sign Painters Own Office Trade Sign 1920s Art Deco Hand Painted Style Reference

Hand painted on thick sign card board it measures 20 x 14 3/8 inches.
It is from a sign painters office.  It says "Assured with Posters."    The sign painter himself assuring his own patrons that they need to assure their own customers with hand painted signs in there premises.
The piece would also serve as a template for the type of look the customer would want for his own sign.  This one being style example 43.
The piece came from my friend's Dad who passed away about 12 years ago and who was a prominent graphic arts dealer and collector.  This was from his own personal collection.
Wonderful art deco styling.  One can feel the life and energy of the times in the work; the age of Jazz comes to mind.   The blue reminds me of an antique stylized bullhorn with sound lines coming out (which in fact the sign is).
The paint is in very good condition, the colors being nice and vivid, with only minor surface scuffing.
Perfect for framing, easel display or decorative wall mounting.
