Swiss M 1957 bayonet with scabbard and frog

Description

Up for auction is a Swiss M1957 bayonet. It comes with a scabbard and belt frog. This bayonet was Produced by Wenger and a a relatively low serial number. All the metal is bright with no rust/pitting or patina. There are scabbard drag marks on blade. The cross guard has some wear from contact with the scabbard mouth. The plastic grips are very good with some hard to see wear on bottom left of grip. There are no cracks or chips. The latch functions properly. The scabbard shows signs of use with wear and scratches on both sides The frog is in very good condition, dated 1966 and with Swiss acceptance mark on back.
