Tibetan Style Necklace Flask Snuff Perfume Bottle Charms, Stones 30"+4.25"

This piece is not marked but is believed to be Tibetan, age unknown. Double strand necklace with silver metal flask or bottle (stopper works and is attached to a safety chain). Charms hang from the flask.
This is a striking piece. It came from a collector's estate.
Metal unknown.
Stones unknown. One appears to be white inside. Could they be painted? Some stones do look like turquoise. I can't tell. Please look at all pictures prior to purchasing. Ask any questions. Metal beads in between sections of stones.
