Octadecyl Di-t-Butyl-4-Hydroxyhydrocinnamate. TINOGARD TS by BASF acts as a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant. It increases oxidation stability of oil phases, fragrances and other sensitive cosmetic formulations and ingredients. TINOGARD® TS is used in baby care & cleansing, conditioning products and body-, face-, sun- (sun-protection, self-tanning & after-sun) & color-care products. Also, used in face cleansing, liquid soaps, shampoos, toothpaste/mouthwash, styling and shower/bath products.

Description
Tinogard® TS is an oil soluble phenolic antioxidant for stabilization of oxidation sensitive cosmetic formulations and ingredients. It protects fragrances, oils, fats and other oxygen sensitive ingredients from degradation during processing, handling and storage, thus maintaining the product’s performance and providing long-lasting shelf life. Supplied as white to off-white powder/fine granules.Tinogard® TS is non-discoloring, odorless and of low volatility. Can be used in combination with light stabilizers.
