These are new issues, released in November 2020,
part of the new series of polymer notes--the first T&T series to be printed entirely on polymer. They were printed by De La Rue on their Safeguard-brand polymer substrate. (The 100-dollar denomination in this series was released in 2019, and the 50-dollar and 1-dollar were released in February 2021.)

The notes are in beautiful UNC uncirculated condition.
Description
Front
: Each note features the Trinidad & Tobago coat of arms at center, with the national flag and
denomination
at right. At left are birds native to the islands. On the 5, the mot mot bird, and on the 10, the cocorico. On the 20, a hummingbird drinks from a flower. This hummingbird is contained within a clear window, and its wings are printed in iridescent ink, producing a stunning shimmering effect. I photographed it alone and with a bright red background so you can see this see-through effect. Each note also has a clear window at upper left containing each note's denomination.
Back
: Each note features the location of the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago, the Eric Williams Towers, at left. The 5 dollar also has a vignette of a produce market at right. The 10 dollar features a container port, and the 20 dollar note's vignette has three steel drums.
Each note also features a number of additional security features, including a simulated windowed security thread, microprinting, latent images, and UV ink that can only be seen under UV-A light (black light). The notes have tactile features to aid identification by the visually impaired.
