Vintage 1966 Vietnam USN Officer's Dress Sword, Germany, Finger Lakes, NY VFW

I have for sale a vintage Vietnam Era United States Navy officer's dress sword.
Proved Stainless, Germany
If you look at the (3rd) photo above you can see a small break / gap, underneath the handle, where it joins onto the pommel. Also, if you look at the (12th) photo above, you can see on the one side's edge there is a little roughness/dinging. It looks like over the years ppl may have played around with it some. There are no major areas just some slight roughness. Please, I have provided almost (80) photos below to give you a thorough view.
The etched blade is in great condition. There is a very slight wobble to the hilt. The scabbard is in great condition, but I do not have the cloth bag.
