Additional Details:
Embossed black numbers on white plate; Carolina wren on yellow jessamine vine screened at top; "SOUTH CAROLINA" screened in brown cursive letters centered at bottom; debossed boxes for revalidation stickers at bottom corners.  Awarded "Plate of the Year" for best new license plate of 1990 by the Automobile License Plate Collectors Association.  Last tagged January 1998
Condition:
Poor condition, Dirty, Marks at upper bolt holes, dent at the top of the "2"
