Item Description:
This auction is for a couple of neat old pieces. The first piece is an advertising card marked Kit Carson, Apache & El Toro in the "Adventures of Kit Carson". Inside it reads - "What do you know about Kit Carson?" and it gives the story of him. At the bottom you can see the Coca-Cola bottles on the card (see pic 3). On the back it gives descriptions of Indian Villages, Covered Wagons, Rifle & Pistol, Bow & arrow, Stage Coach, Buffalo. And at the bottom is reads - The story of the designs on your Kit Carson kerchief. The card shows wear with discoloration/staining and it is somewhat wavy.
The second piece is the kerchief or bandana. It has Kit Carson in the center and around it are the different things the card gave a description about on the back. It also shows a Coca-Cola bottle and it says Drink Coca-Cola in one corner. The kerchief has fold lines and has a couple of small stain spots.
