    The label says it is a "Talking Picture Frame", but I couldn't see how to test for "talking" (I don't see any mechanism).
    I pushed on and around the Tigger, and couldn't get any sound (and I don't see how it would work).
    I don't know if the talking feature works or not (if it in fact is supposed to "talk").
    New and unused.
