The FREE or Flat-rate shipping is only for the continental United States and major cities in Canada. Extra charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii and etc, or remote area in Canada. If extra charges are needed, we will inform you immediately.

The shipping normally takes 3~5 business days. Most items will be shipped out next business day after receiving your payment, tracking information will be uploaded to eBay once it is available. We are the only Sauna equipement seller on Ebay who could provide customers 1-year directly warranty rather than manufacturer warranty. Our experienced technical support team are glad to answer your question about the production or about your sauna.  If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, we will provide you free replacement if confirmed that problem was caused by defective parts, or you could return the product back to us for service. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We are striving to provide you the quality product with lowest price in the market, so please understand that we will charge restocking fee if you need to return the product.
Please contact us first and get your RMA number before returning anything, please include your name, Ebay ID, address, model number and daytime telephone.
